By installing or using our mobile application (“App”) or accessing our web admin panel (“Platform”), you (“User”, “Salesperson”, “Admin”, “Organization”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Our service provides:

• A mobile application installed on sales team devices to monitor and record call-related metadata (such as call logs, duration, timestamps, and SIM used).
• A web admin panel for organizations to view and manage their team’s call activity.
• Analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards derived from call data.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for authorized employees or associates of organizations that have purchased or subscribed to our service. Installation of the App without the organization’s permission is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Install and use the App only on their own device or on a company-issued device.
• Provide necessary permissions (call logs, contacts, phone state, network, etc.) for service functionality.
• Not misuse, modify, or tamper with the App or Platform.
• Follow applicable laws regarding call monitoring and data access.

Admins agree to:

• Use employee call data only for legitimate business purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Ensure their organization obtains proper consent from employees as required by law.

5. Consent & Compliance

Your organization is solely responsible for:

• Informing employees that their call activity will be monitored.
• Obtaining all required consents.
• Complying with privacy, employment, telecommunication, and data-monitoring laws applicable in your region.

We are not responsible for legal disputes arising from improper usage.

6. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Use the service for unlawful surveillance.
• Monitor any device without the owner’s explicit permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the system.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Subscription & Payment

Premium features require an active subscription. Refunds are subject to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of data
• Device issues caused by OS or hardware
• Legal issues due to organization’s misuse of call-monitoring
• Any indirect, incidental, or special damages

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required consents are not obtained
• Payments are not completed

1. Information We Collect

1.1 From the Mobile App (Salesperson Device)

Depending on the permissions provided, we may collect:

• Call logs (incoming, outgoing, missed)
• Call duration and timestamps
• SIM used (SIM1/SIM2)
• Contact name (if available)
• Device information (model, version, OS)
• App usage analytics
• Network and performance data

We do NOT collect personal messages, photos, browsing history, or media files.

1.2 From the Web Admin Panel

We may collect:

• Admin login details
• Device/IP information
• Logs of actions performed on the platform

1.3 Optional Data

If enabled by the organization:

• Notes or tags added to call entries

2. How We Use the Data

We process data to:

• Display call analytics and history to authorized admins
• Improve service performance
• Provide customer support
• Ensure compliance with subscription and licensing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data.

3. Legal Basis of Processing

Data is processed under:

• Company’s legitimate business interests
• Contracts with organizations using our service
• Consent provided by employees (as required by local laws)

4. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics tools

We do not sell data to advertisers.

5. Data Retention

We keep call-related data only as long as:

• Your organization remains a customer
• Or until the organization/admin deletes the data

Admins can delete data anytime through the platform.

6. Security

We use:

• Secure APIs
• Access controls
• Multi-layer authentication (for admins)

7. Employee Consent

Organizations using our service must ensure:

• Employees are fully informed
• Consent is obtained according to applicable laws
• Monitoring is used only for legitimate business purposes

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, users may have rights to:

• Request access to their data
• Request deletion
• Request corrections
• Withdraw consent (if applicable)

Requests must be routed through your employer/admin.
