Partner Policy - CallOS Affiliate Program
By joining and registering in the CallOS Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you (“Affiliate”, “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before registration.
CallOS (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates, enhancements, or new features introduced to the Program shall automatically be subject to these Terms. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Account Registration
To enroll in the Program, you must:
- Provide your legal full name, valid email address, and any other required information.
- Ensure that all details submitted are accurate and up to date.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Referral Leads Process
Upon successful registration:
- You will be provided access to a lead submission system (such as forms or dashboards).
- You must submit complete and accurate lead details, including: Name, Contact Number, Company Name, Valid Email Address.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the submitted data.
3. Qualified & Ineligible Referrals
CallOS will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies for commission.
Ineligible referrals include:
- a. Existing Customers: Any referral who is already a CallOS customer prior to submission.
- b. Existing Opportunities: Leads already present in the CallOS database or engaged in an active sales process within the last 90 days.
- c. Self-Referrals: Referring yourself, your own company, or entities where you are employed or have ownership. Such actions may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
- d. One-Off Services: No commission will be paid for Implementation, Support, Customization, Training, Consulting, or Third-party services. Only net recurring subscription revenue qualifies for commission.
- e. Late or Missing Lead Submission: No commission will be paid if lead details were not submitted prior to purchase or if the lead was not registered before joining the Program.
- f. Failure to Follow Process: Any referral not submitted as per defined process will be disqualified.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- You may not negotiate pricing, terms, or commitments on behalf of CallOS.
- You must follow ethical marketing practices at all times.
- Use of spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized promotions is strictly prohibited.
5. Promotion Guidelines
- You may not use the CallOS brand, website, or identity in bulk emails or spam campaigns without prior written consent.
- Any spam complaints may lead to immediate termination from the Program.
6. Referral Fees & Commission
- Affiliates will earn 10% commission on successful referrals.
- Commission applies only to net subscription revenue (excluding taxes).
- The referred customer must sign up and subscribe within 90 days of lead submission.
- Commissions are only valid for leads submitted in advance.
7. Payment Terms
- Referral fees are paid quarterly via bank transfer only.
- You must provide valid banking details.
- No payments will be made via Cash, Cheque, or Credit card.
Important Conditions:
- Commission is paid only after full payment is received from the customer.
- No commission for: Refunded payments, Chargebacks, or Fraudulent transactions.
CallOS reserves the right to:
- Delay payments for verification, risk checks, or compliance (including AML checks).
- Adjust commissions based on actual received revenue.
- Reject commissions from suspicious or unethical practices.
8. Customer Ownership
All referred customers are considered customers of CallOS. CallOS retains full control over pricing, sales process, customer service, and policies. CallOS is not responsible for any misrepresentation made by affiliates.
9. Pricing & Availability
- Service pricing is determined solely by CallOS.
- Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee pricing or availability at all times.
10. Termination
CallOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time and refuse participation for any reason.
Termination may result in:
- Account deactivation
- Loss of access
- Forfeiture of pending or earned commissions (especially in cases of fraud or misconduct)
11. Notice
All notices must be sent to: support@callos.in. We will communicate with you via your registered email address.
Notice shall be deemed received within 24 hours of email transmission. Proof of sending an email shall be considered valid proof of delivery.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the CallOS Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to comply with all conditions stated herein, and accept all future updates and modifications.
